He has gained experience both continuously performing fieldwork with some cllients to beig a Head of Internal Audit at others. His significnt rnanagement from profitable banks, start up companies to failing firms and Ponzi schemes. He has a passion in psychology which has helped him in developing effective and well performing teams and understanding different personalities. Through one of his focus areas been on Compliance he has been able to manage conflict with teams or staff.

He has entrepreneurial spirit having run a social network and rapidly growing practice firm. He loves reading, travel and learning about new areas.
